In recent years, it seems that more and more people are discovering the benefits of working with their chakra energy centers and their auric field to enhance their health and well-being.

 

And the good news is that you don't need to be an energy healer to take advantage of this wonderful system!  

 

All you need are stones or crystals associated with each chakra and knowing approximately where the energy centers are located on your body. Then place the stones on the appropriate chakra and relax or meditate for 10 minutes while the stones do their work. 
I do this every morning!
