Let me tell you a little bit about myself. 

I'm a board certified Hypnotherapist with specialty certifications in past life regression, hypnosis for child birth, self-hypnosis and self-hypnosis for stress reduction. I'm also

a Certified Crystal Healing Practitioner, Crystal Reiki Master, Certified Meditation Teacher, ordained Interfaith Minister and Shamanic Practitioner. I also created my own Feng Shui method.

While that may sound like a lot of "certifieds", it simply speaks to my unending quest for knowledge and for ways to improve my life and further me along in my spiritual journey. And as you will read below, once I understand and work with a particular process for a while, I love to create programs where I can teach these same methods or tools to others to empower them to live the life they've dreamed of. 

 

Growing up, I was always  a curious person and started searching for answers “to life” at an early age. My more formal journey along this particular path began in the early 90’s via a Kung Fu/Tai Chi Sifu. Under his expert tutelage,

I studied the Tao and learned standing meditation and

Tai Chi meditation.  I followed-up with my own studies in Buddhism and the path of the Bodhisattva, and later (early 2000’s) moved into the yogic philosophy of Paramahansa Yogananda where I practiced hatha yoga and meditation for almost ten years.  Being a natural born (and formally trained) teacher, I knew that I wanted to share these valuable skills with others. This led me to discover Transformational Meditation where I received my certification as a meditation teacher.

 

Having a self-proclaimed “freaky thirst for knowledge” I found myself drawn to other similar areas of interest during these same years.  So in the early 2000’s, I also earned my degree in hypnotherapy, followed by specialized certifications in self-hypnosis for stress reduction, hypnosis for child birth and past life regression hypnosis.

 

Early on in this journey, I became deeply interested in crystals and so studied and became a Crystal Healing Practitioner and Crystal Reiki Master.  Working with crystals deepened my practice in meditation, with energy healing, in my shamanic practice, and even with Feng Shui.  It didn't take long to realize that  crystals can help with....well, EVERYTHING!

In all these areas, my clients have commented over and over again that they found my methods to be clear and practical and so learned whatever method they were studying more easily and effectively than ever before. 

 

My passion and goal has always been to help clients connect to their own internal power and abilities and to learn how to use that power to bring a better sense of peace and balance to their lives.  Hopefully, the information you find here will start you on your own journey of self-empowerment!
